Marketing Executive

We are in search of a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive to build and nurture strong client relationships, promote our jewellery management software, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in marketing strategies, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable traveling for client meetings and product presentations. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving the brand’s presence in the jewellery business sector.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Promote JMS software solutions to jewellery businesses, actively manage lead generation, and expand market presence through strategic outreach.
  • Meet potential clients, conduct impactful product presentations, and effectively convey the value of our software offerings.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships by managing inquiries, feedback, and post-sale engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to support product awareness and achieve business growth targets.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within a tech or ERP product space.
  • Basic computer proficiency is essential, including working knowledge of presentation and communication tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for client meetings, software demonstrations, and exhibitions.
