Customer Support Engineer

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer to assist our jewellery business clients. You’ll handle software installation, training, and ongoing support both onsite and remotely. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and basic technical knowledge. You’ll be responsible for resolving client queries, providing hands-on training, and maintaining clear records of support activities. Key Responsibilities :
  • Visit client premises for software installation, configuration, and comprehensive staff training on system usage and functionalities.
  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to resolve client queries both onsite and via remote channels, ensuring seamless software operation.
  • Help clients understand and make the most of JMS software features, guiding them through workflows, modules, and upgrades as needed.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client visits, software installations, training sessions, support tickets, and customer feedback for review.
Requirements :
  • Minimum qualification of 12th Pass. A diploma or graduation in any stream will be considered a plus.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge is essential, with the ability to navigate software interfaces and perform troubleshooting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude when dealing with customers.
